Features and Benefits
Pneumatic swing clamps are ideal for quick clamping in repetitive operations. They are portable, economical and can be used for short run jobs with temporary fixturing. The air pressure is used for opening or closing the clamp arm onto the workpiece.
Single acting swing clamps use either hydraulic fluids or pneumatic air-actuated cylinders to apply pressure to the workpiece. When the pressure is lifted, the clamp retracts to the unclamped or extended position by the expansion of internal springs.
